Since 2001, QuietWaters Ministries has been a place where professionally licensed, Christian counselors provide compassionate, one-on-one intensive counseling for pastors and missionaries in crisis.   QuietWaters counselors help pastors, missionaries and their spouses look honestly and realistically at the critical issues they are facing in their families, churches, mission agencies and personal lives.

We took our name from Psalm 23: “He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul.”  This captures the essence of our mission.  QuietWaters provides a safe and quiet space to help clergy and missionaries in crisis.  Due to the unusually stressful nature of these professions, we are serving increasingly more who find themselves burdened, exhausted or trying to contend with difficult personal, spiritual or professional crises.  Our intensive counseling program offers these pastors, missionaries and their families a dynamic blend of psychological and spiritual therapy that makes healing and growth possible.

QuietWaters Ministries is known as the premier provider of Leadership Counseling Intensives in a home-like retreat setting.  But there is more to the ministry than counseling leaders who are in crisis.  We also provide preventive services.

Our QuietWaters Ministry Assistance Program – CareLine offers clergy a 24/7 consultation phone line.  The Leadership Retreats equip pastors with tools to prevent the causes of personal, spiritual and professional crises.  Our Leadership Team Training serves church staffs and lay leadership with valuable learning experiences.
